KWS Arnie
Group 2
KWS Arnie Is a New Group 2 milling wheat added to the 2025-26 recommended list with yields
in line with feed wheats at 106.1%. KWS Arnie is a quick developing variety similar to one of its
parents; KWS Extase but with shorter stiffer straw making it suitable for drilling over a wide
window. It has good all-round disease resistance with a strong score for both Yellow Rust and
Septoria at a (7). It is suited to a wide range of soil types and is consistent throughout the
regions performing exceptionally well in the west showing robustness in the Septoria
